Virtual Golf Coaching
In our 60-minute virtual performance coaching sessions, we'll start by discussing your golfing background and the current state of your game. From there, we'll explore your hopes for the future and what — if anything — is preventing you from achieving those goals. Dock will help you understand and get the most out of your launch monitor, kinematic, and on-course data.
Once we know where you are and where you want to go, we'll work through exercises to set real, measurable, trackable goals for your game. We'll uncover the most important data points for you to measure and establish data-tracking practices to help you track your progress against your goals.
In-Person Golf Coaching (Trackman 4 Enabled)
Coming March 2025
In these 90-minute in-person coaching sessions, we'll discuss your background in golf and evaluate your game at our Madison, CT facility. In this initial session, we'll play 9 holes on a Trackman simulation and talk about your goals and key obstacles that may be holding you back. You’ll get a more comprehensive understanding of your game while gaining insight into specific data points that highlight strengths and weaknesses in your game.
Once we have a baseline understanding of the state of your game, we'll discuss goal-setting and identify data points to help you progress toward your goals. In subsequent sessions, we'll measure progress against these goals and identify new areas of focus or instruction.
In-Person Golf Instruction (Trackman 4 Enabled)
Coming March 2025
Our 60-minute* in-person instruction sessions include a warm-up hitting session using our Trackman 4 launch monitor. Once you're warmed up, we'll review initial launch monitor data and identify swing characteristics for you to focus on. We'll explore drills and exercises to help you focus on specific aspects of your swing and data points to focus on during independent practice.
*Initial sessions are 90 minutes to allow ample time for a TPI Level 1 screening and additional evaluation.
Kinematic Evaluation (K-Vest Enabled)
Coming March 2025
Our 60-minute kinematic evaluation utilizes wearable sensors — not AI — to measure your degree and speed of rotation in your golf swing. You'll see how your swing compares to the pros and how efficiently you generate power. We'll also identify factors restricting your ability to create power and discuss drills and exercises to help improve the mechanics of your golf swing.
Kinematic Training (Trackman 4 & K-Vest Enabled)
Coming March 2025
In-person kinematic training sessions at our Madison location last 60 minutes and include a warm-up using a Trackman 4 launch monitor. You'll then suit up with 4 wearable sensors that track the speed and degree of rotation in your golf swing. Once your baseline data is established, you'll work on in-depth, supervised drills that utilize real-time biofeedback to focus improvement on specific mechanical aspects of your swing.
The Kitchen Sink (Trackman 4 & K-Vest Enabled)
Coming March 2025
These 3-hour, in-depth sessions include everything we have to offer. We'll start with a review of your playing background and goals for your game. We'll then do a TPI level 1 physical screen to assess your mobility and identify any physical factors impacting your golf swing. You'll then warm up and we'll review your baseline launch monitor data using our Trackman.
Once we've reviewed your mobility and reviewed preliminary launch data, we'll suit you up for a kinematic evaluation utilizing 4 wearable sensors that will give you detailed insight into your golf swing and any factors restricting your ability to generate power. We'll identify drills for you to improve your swing as well as data you can track to measure progress against your goals.
At the end of these sessions, you'll come away with a comprehensive understanding of your golf swing and your ball-striking, as well as a gameplan for independent practice and areas of focus for future sessions.
